You can control how you will react to situations.

Positivity is a mind set.

but you have options — accept where they are trying to take you or take another path.
When you hold too tightly to the thoughts and feelings that come along, you end up getting stuck. This is true for positive thoughts and feelings as well as for negative ones.
Though perhaps it’s a little nicer being stuck in a pleasant place than it is being stuck in an unpleasant place, what’s even better is not to be stuck at all. What’s even better is to be continually moving toward higher and higher levels of joy and fulfillment.
Experience your thoughts and feelings, take from them what they have to offer, and then let them flow on past. As the negative ones fall away they’ll quickly lose their hold on you, and as the positive ones move on past they’ll make room for even better ones.
Loosen your grip on the bad things and you’ll free yourself from them. Loosen your grip on the good things that they’ll be free to grow even stronger and bring even more blessings to your life.
Have the faith to let life flow. Stop holding on so tight and see how very far you can go.

Today you can choose to count your blessings or you can count your troubles. Today you can live each moment or you can put in time.
Today you can take action towards your goals or you can procrastinate. Today you can plan for the future or you can regret the past.
Today you can learn one new thing or you can stay the same. Today you can seek possibilities or you can overwhelm yourself with the impossible.
Today you can continue to move forward or you can quit. Today you can take steps towards resolving your challenges or you can procrastinate.
You see today the choices are up to you in deciding what you do today.

When you worry about your problems, it can give you the feeling that you’re doing something about them. And in fact you are. You’re making them worse, giving them more power, compounding their negative influence by the force of your own thoughts. Is that really what you want to do?
Think of your biggest problem, your most challenging obstacle. Now, find something positive about it. Envision a way in which you can transform it from a negative to a positive in your life.
Maintaining a positive focus is easy to do. It doesn’t cost any money. It simply involves an adjustment in your attitude. It is without question a precursor to success and achievement. So why don’t more people do it? Because staying negative is too comfortable. Worrying and complaining don’t oblige you to make any kind of effort.
By contrast, seeing things positively compels you to take action, to take control, to take responsibility. That can be scary. Yet it sure beats the alternative of making your problems worse by worry and inactivity. See the positive and then do something about it, make the effort to make it happen. That approach will get you anywhere you want to go.

A world that is constantly focused on more will never allow you to be happy. You cannot ever really be satisfied with more, because once you have it, you need it again. To ever be happy, you must ignore the shallow fascination with getting more and more, and simply decide to be happy where you are.
What would happen if you turned your focus toward getting better instead of getting more? It would change your outlook from one of lack and limitation (I don’t have enough) to one of growth and creativity (I desire to make my life even better).
Is there never enough money for you? Are you constantly thinking of how to get more? As long as you take that approach there will never be enough. What if, instead of focusing on “I don’t have enough money” you focused on “I desire to improve my life”? Can you see the multitude of new possibilities that would open up for you with such thinking?
Be happy where you are. Otherwise you’ll never be happy at all. Be satisfied with your life, and you’ll put yourself in the optimum position to make it even better.

Why Am I…. Always so positive? Why not?
Why not be happy for another day, another min, another hour, another opportunity to make this day better than the other day.
I am not saying their won’t be days that are trying to your patience, but why wake up mad? Waking up mad automatically starts your day off on the wrong foot. satan should be mad when your feet hit the ground, he should be mad, because God has given you a new day, you should wake up and Thank Him for a new day.
